Marcy Elementary is a member of Artsonia, the largest online student art museum. Artsonia is an ongoing online program that displays student artwork. The website is a great way to involve parents and relatives in student art education and accomplishments. You can receive notifications when your child’s new artwork is uploaded to the website. You can then log on to view, comment, or even order keepsakes with your child’s artwork on them.

Viewing Artwork

You are able to view your child’s work online or are welcome to browse the Marcy Elementary School’s artwork gallery. If you are interested in participating, please contact me for your child’s personal Artsonia code to their account.

Comments

Parents and family members are encouraged to write positive comments for the artist(s) on Artsonia. These comments are a wonderful way to boost students’ self-confidence and self-esteem in their artistic ability. All comments are pre-approved by parents before they are posted online alongside the artwork.

Ordering Keepsakes

Keepsakes with your child’s artwork on them can be ordered through the Artsonia website. Through ordering keepsakes, you are also supporting the Marcy Elementary art room since 20% of each purchase goes towards more art supplies for Marcy.

If you are interested in participating, please contact me for your child’s personal Artsonia code to their account. Once you open the Artsonia website, select the "Parent" option on the top of your screen. Select “Start a New Account” to enter the screen name and security key attached to this letter.
