Hi! I am Mrs. Cormican, the Marcy Elementary art teacher! This is my 15th year teaching art and I love it! Art has always been a passion of mine, from watercolor, to charcoal, to clay! I love creating art, and what could be better than creating art with kids! I love coming to school each day and watching the students learn and explore! When I am not in the art room, I am spending time with my husband and two children. We love biking, playing games and playing outside!

At the Hamilton School District, we follow the National Art Standards in our curriculum. We ensure that students have a balanced art education experience through learning about artists both past, present and from cultures all over the world. Students will experience drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture (such as clay and paper mache) each year.
